This beautiful cabin is surrounded by mature oak & pine trees with a five acre pond that is full of bass that you can catch & release fishing along with lots of wildlife, watching birds & deer along with hiking on the property. Daus Cabin is full of the family's Swiss/German history with the Witte-Schmid Haus Museum close by for a tour. The Cabin is an actual log cabin with a full kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, antique cast iron stove), lots of seating at the kitchen bar or large dinning table, one large full bathroom walk in shower, living area. Rolling Hay Pastures and Pond, Wood Deck is elevated with night lighting, Fire Ring area + Grill.
Rates: 2 Night Minimum Stay $140 per night, $100 Cleaning Fee, Hotel Tax and Signed Rental Agreement.

Driving Directions : We are in the Shelby/Industry Area off FM 1457 take Schoenau Road to Post Oak Lane 'Private Road' Follow the Signs.
